Il Serbatoio Idrico è stato costruito su progetto del 1934 dell’architetto Oriolo Frezzotti, già responsabile delle città di Latina e Pontinia e di altri edifici nelle Città di Fondazione dell’Agro Pontino, il cui fondo è custodito e consultabile nel Museo civico Duilio Cambellotti di Latina. Il serbatoio, grazie al doppio guscio della struttura, conteneva due differenti silos, uno per l’acqua e l’altro per il grano.

The water tank was built as part of a 1934 project by the architect Oriolo Frezzotti, formerly responsible for the cities of Latina and Pontinia along with other buildings in the Foundation Cities of the Agro Pontino, whose collection is kept and can be consulted in the Duilio Cambellotti Civic Museum in Latina. The tank, thanks to the double shell of the structure, contained two different silos, one for water and the other for grain.
